4. Refunds
4.1 Refund Policy: Unless damaged, no returns are accepted.
4.2 Damaged Items: Products will be refunded if damaged upon clear evidence, with the client keeping the purchased item.
4.3 Refund Process: Once your claim is approved, we will contact you via your original email to clarify and confirm the payment method in order to issue the refund.
5. Reporting Issues
5.1 Reporting Issues: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at themazelabs@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue.
5.2 Resolution: We will provide a refund without the need to return the damaged item.
