Welcome to Maze Labs! By accessing and using this website (https://themazelabs.com) and purchasing these handmade items, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

1.1 Maze Labs specializes in creating unique, handmade items using 3D printing (PLA) and resin. Due to the nature of handmade products, each item is unique and may have slight imperfections or variations. These characteristics are part of what makes the products special and are not considered defects.

2. Shipping

2.1 Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-7 business days.

2.2 Shipping Method: We use Local Post for all deliveries.

2.3 Shipping Time:
- 2.3.1 Malta (domestic): 3-5 business days
- 2.3.2 International: 12 business days

2.4 Shipping Costs:
- 2.4.1 Malta (domestic): For products costing up to €50, the shipping cost is €10. For orders above €51, delivery is free.
- 2.4.2 International: For orders up to €75, delivery costs €18. For orders above €76, delivery is free.

2.5 Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

3. Payment

3.1 Payment Methods: We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Mastercard, and Visa.

3.2 Payment Security: All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway. We do not store your credit card information.

4. Refunds

4.1 Refund Policy: Unless damaged, no returns are accepted.

4.2 Damaged Items: Products will be refunded if damaged upon clear evidence, with the client keeping the purchased item.

4.3 Refund Process: Once your claim is approved, we will contact you via your original email to clarify and confirm the payment method in order to issue the refund.

5. Reporting Issues

5.1 Reporting Issues: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at themazelabs@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue.

5.2 Resolution: We will provide a refund without the need to return the damaged item.

6. Unique and Handmade Nature

6.1 Product Variations: Each product is handmade and may have slight variations in color, size, and texture. These variations are not considered defects but rather unique characteristics of handmade items.

6.2 Imperfections: Small imperfections are a normal part of the handmade process and add to the uniqueness and character of each piece.
